How much is rent ?

It all depends on area of town and size of the apartment. Our cheapest one-bedroom furnished apartment is $1495 a month and our most expensive apartment is a high rise luxury 3 bedroom in the downtown area for $4200. To find out how much it would cost for the size of unit you are looking for and in the area of town you are interested in, simply fill out the short form to the right that says “Get Started Here” and we will let you know the prices for exactly what we have coming available for your desired dates.

Do you require a security deposit ?

Yes, $1000. This Security Deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, providing there are no damages to the apartment or the furnishings and housewares that we provide.

Are utilities included ? Are there taxes ? What about hidden costs ?

There are absolutely no taxes or hidden costs involved or charged to you in any form whatsoever. We provide all the furnishings and housewares, pay all the bills, and you simply pay the flat monthly rent rate for the unit that you are leasing from us. Utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash) are included up until our monthly allowance ($150 for 1 BD, $175 for 2 BD, and $200 for 3 BD). $100 is the average monthly utilities cost for each of our units so it is extremely rare that that any of our tenants goes over the limit but we still must protect ourselves from gross negligence (i.e. a tenant leaving the air conditioning on full blast when leaving the town for several days, leaving exterior doors open for extended periods of time, failing to report a leaking sink or toilet and thereby running up a huge water bill, etc.)

How do I proceed in renting a unit ?

How far in advance can I book ?

You may book your furnished apartment as far in advance as you like. Because our leases do not renew automatically on a month to month basis like many residential leases, you are able to book well in advance for your convenience and assurance. Each time we lease an apartment its length set when the lease is created and this is what allows us to reserve your apartment for you as far in advance as you would like

Do you offer lease extensions if I need to stay longer than my initial lease ?

Absolutely! Any time that you would like to extend your lease with us, let us know right away and if your apartment has not already been reserved for someone else after your lease ends, we can simply extend the length of your lease. For this reason, it’s important that you let us know that you want to extend as soon as possible so that we can reserve the unit for you before someone else books it for those future dates. Each time we lease an apartment its length set when the lease is created and this is what allows us to reserve your apartment for you as far in advance as you would like.

Do you take pets ?

Some of our units are pet friendly and some are not. If you have a pet, let us know that up front so that we can make sure to only show you apartments that allow pets. Also, each complex has its own specific are restrictions on pet size, breed, and number of pets by tenant.

How many people can stay in the unit ?

The limit is 2 people (adults or children) and one infant per bedroom in the apartment.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

For the 1st month and the security deposit, we accept E-Checks (ACH), Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Western Union or Credit Card (payments made with a credit card require a 3% processing fee). After the first month, we accept all the above forms as well as personal checks. We will also provide you with any paperwork your employer may need for your expense reimbursement with them.

What makes us different from the big companies like Oakwood ?

Well, after taking into consideration the huge price differences (our prices are typically at least $500 less per month), the other main thing that makes us different is that our apartments are decorated with a modern clean look that makes them feel open, organized, refreshing, and relaxing. No excess clutter or ornately decorated antique furniture, but rather clean lines, modern artwork, and quality, comfortable, useable furniture. On top of that, we focus on warm, highly personal old fashioned customer service in order to insure that the whole process of leasing from us is as enjoyable and easy for you as possible. If you call us up, you will get a real person on the phone, if you email us a question, you will get a real response from a real person. No long hold times and no having to talk to a machine while waiting to actually get connected to a person.
On top of that, we include a 42 inch HD TV in each of our furnished apartments rather than the standard measly 27 inch old fashioned box TV. Like we said, we want it to feel like home! Kick back & watch a movie or enjoy the game without having to squint to see the picture!
